i posted this under interior lights also, so just trying to get extra help from this source. Well my dash panel lights along with all my a/c lights including overhead a/c lights stopped working out of no where, for no reason. It is all my instrument panel lights, except for the seatbelt, and message center lights. but the speedo, and volt, temp, oil, fuel have for no reason stopped working. They didn't progressively go out, so i know it's not the bulbs, and have checked the "ILLUM" fuse, not burnt, but replaced anyway. Does anybody know if there is a relay of some sorts somewhere else? any help would be appreciated. thanks

It could be the fuse.
My old car did something like this, everything worked except the windows, all the lights and even the shift stick (had to use the manual shift button that Toyotas have.
Found the problem to be a burnt wire in the battery harness terminal area, so you can check there too!

did you ever find out what your problem was? I have the same thing in my 2000 Tahoe. I checked fuses - OK. I pulled the instrument cluster and bulbs are good.

The main lights are not working. All the little lights work - messaging, check engine, seat belt, etc.
