dash paint is starting to peel

what is the best way to fix dash paint and is it a do it yourself job or what have you done to yours

I have the same problem with mine, and ordered the paint/adhesion promoter from Amazon a few days ago after having read the very post that Red Rocket wrote and mentioned above.
