On my 2003; rotate the light switch counterclockwise. Headlights turn off, but so do DRL…

The 00-02 SUVs (99-02 trucks) don't have that option.

I like the later option. I've never thought to see if you can swap a later in an earlier truck switch? May be different wiring/harness? IDK
