Now if you would be so kind and explain as to WHY you would leave the ones on the doors on, as I think it just looks odd. BUT, would like your detailed input if not too much trouble.

So that folks pulling up to your truck to compliment you on it don't say "Nice Tahoe!" ...

I honestly don't have a paragraph's worth of analysis on the subject ... it's a personal preference thing that just strikes my eye better.

If it really bothers you take them off ... it's easy to put them back on if you change your mind.

Well, the family just gathered around my compter and was wondering what I was doing. After a brief explanation, they all agree with Mr. Serge. LEAVE AS IS!

Boy, why did I even ask? Now I already have three different opinions. :emotions122:

 we definitely all have opinions :) I personally like the chrome moldings especially with the rims you have and everything else going on with your ride. Taking the lettering off just cleans it up so much though.

I would leave just the molding on. Possibly even the Yukon on the door. Like Serge said, if you change your mind get some 3M and put them back on. Never know what the rear would look like with no emblems until you try it.

Even tho you made up your mind....I would have opted for removing the the door badges and repainting the back 'GMC' with color matched paint. You could easily pick up one off ebay and paint it. I did mine black(of course). I think it looks great with the chrome outline. But do what you think looks good to you ;)

Even though you seem to have made your mind up, I am still going to vote. Remove all Yukon badges. Leave GMC and mouldings.

Thanks. However, back to square one. I think I will debadge the "Yukon's" and will leave the GMC on the rear. Mouldings will stay as well!

As it was mentioned before, I can always put it back on with 3M if I change my mind. :)

However, looking at the pics again, I think I will now also need to get rid of my chrome license plate frames as they sport the "GMC" logo on it as well. After debadging the "Yukon's", it might look better and more classy with plain chrome and now "GMC" on it. AGREE????????????

Thanks for everyone's input.

Be sure to measure before you yank them off ... that way if you change your mind you'll know where they're meant to sit.
