Hi Guys,

I'm trying to help my in-laws troubleshoot their 03 Burb. A week ago they lost all power to the front passenger door, no lights, no windows, no heated seat. What is really throwing me off is that the key fob will unlock all of the doors except this one... But if you use the lock/unlock button on the driver door it will lock/unlock the passenger door.

Has anyone experienced this? Or have any guesses? It's always good to be in my in-laws good graces.

Thanks!
Chris

Check the plug under the dash. Similar to the fuse panel there's a removable triangle piece on the passenger side. Make sure it's plugged in

Look for broken wires in the door jamb harness. Pull the rubber boot back and remove door panel to get a good look at that harness.

I 2nd this, sounds like wires have been broken in your case. If so should be a quick easy fix.

What did you find out. I'm picking up a 03 Yukon XL this Friday and it has the same problem.

Their problem was the plug that YUKONXL04 said to check. It didn't look unplugged, but we unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked. Hopefully that helps.

Took apart the Door today and check all the connections. Unplugged and re plugged back in. I have power upto the door switch but dont have the power window/ lock or power mirror, the single light on the mirror does work. Any one with another idea whats wrong out there?
