Just wondering if the dealership can tell how many key fobs are programmed to my truck?

Also do I have to bring my fobs in when I get a new one programmed in?

Thanks

You can program up to 4 fobs. They can tell how many are programmed but I would take all your fobs and have em clear them and reprogram them all at once just to be sure. They should only charge one fee either it be one or more fobs

Thanks for the help guys. I had no idea we could still program ourselves. I thought after a certain year you had to take it in no matter what.

I have a 2013 Tahoe.

I tried getting into the remote programming mode.

No luck pushing the trip odometer reset. Just displays the engine life hours and mileage.

Guess I will have to visit the dealer.

Anything after 2010 requires a trip to the dealer, as I recall. The fobs have to be programmed through Tech 2.
