How did you guys mount the air deflector extension? It has two mounting screws on each edge and the rest is just a lip that slides over the edge of the valance. I just mounted mine and it still seems to be two loose at the center. seems to slide off lip when pused back. I'm wondering if the air drag will do the same. I see no other place to to screw down. Am I missing something?
The pic below is Chitosos. I do not have time to take a pic at this moment.

Okay bro thanks alot. Looks like he just used extra screws to secure it. I was thinking of going with rivets. but that may be to small after looking at his. I will have to use something bigger but not to big because the lip is not that wide. :Handshake:

If you give me that HD hood, I'll tell ya.

:shakehead: Listen to this guy. No HD hood to give you homie. The pic. above was Chistosos old ride. I just used it as a display since I knew his Tahoe had one and I have not had time to take pics. of mine.

Go to your local auto parts, they sell different kinds and sizes of plastic clips like the ones that hold the plastic shroud and rad cover on

Do you think plastic clips would be a wise choice? I already got a bunch of nuts bolts and washers. I just have to wait till I get home to see which will fit the best and start drilling some holes.

plastic would work. Till you hit something i guess. How stong is that that air deflector. I guess i would rather bust a plastic snap piece than the whole thing crack if it was secured with metal ones. IF that makes sense. worth a shot
