Delphi In-Dash Locked up on me. HELP!!!

I purchased the touch screen model for my Denali. I had the knob style prior. I received the radio in the mail today. I installed it but I get this security lock on the screen.

Can anyone guide me as to how to disable this. I appreciate the help. I tried google but all i got was old school radios and not the Nav type. Thanks again in advance.

Is this the factory NAV for your 03 or later Denali? First, make sure you got the lux version, as you have a lux amp. Second, you need to find a dealer or shop with a Tech 2 programmer and have it unlocked.
