I just bought a Denali dash bezel to swap into my NBS. Upon installation I notice the bottom right corner not clicking in, and will not sit flush against the climate control. All the tabs and alignment pins in the correct position. Has anyone came across the problem its driving me insane.

Are you sure the metal clips are all snapped in? I occassionally have this happen to mine. The metal clip bends, so it looks like it's where it's supposed to be--but isn't. I can see when I stick my head under there. Try to stick your finger under there and make sure the clip is in the hole. Pretty sure that's what's happening.

Look underneath, where it hits the top section of the center console. I am running a 2005 in my 2002 so I can have a double din receiver and mine did the same thing until I cut some off the bottom of it where it hit the console section. Now it goes all the way in and the clips snap in.

Is your lower console faceplate snapped in all the way? Push on it to make sure.
You can tell from his pictures his is all the way in. Looks like he’s having the same problem I had. I’m telling ya, he needs to cut about 1/4” off the bottom of his main bezel where it meets the console. It’s a Denali thing. The later models are different than the 00-02’s.

I believe you. I've never had a Denali.

If you look at these 2 pictures, I have the upper console off, but the bezel is still hitting the "cage". I was told by someone who swapped in a Escalade Dash to try to take the seats out and get the center console itself to push forward about 1/8" and it may fix it. The bottom right clip is not clipping in whatsoever.

@Rocket Man do you have pictures of where you trimmed yours?
Sure here’s a pic, but I just trimmed where it was hitting. I mean the way I see it you can go through the hassle of pulling your seats and trying to move the console or just trim where it’s hitting. You will never see where you trim unless you stick your head down there and look up.
