Looks really good. Now paint that front 'GMC' black and it will look even better ;)

My neighbors brother is the Head tech at a local GM dealer, he said to drop in after work next week and he'll plug it into his tech2 and program it up for free.

How do you get them out? I'm trying to go the opposite way, from Denalis to base. I keep hearing I gotta pull the bumper to change them.

easy, pull the top bolts, and pry back enough to see the clips (look at the one your putting on too for reference) bottom one is all clips and 4 push in do-dads

I have foam pieces screwed in covering the clips on both sides. Thats where I'm having a hard time. I guess they need to come off.

looking at the new grille I was able to see where the clips were and how they release, I then simply located each clip and used a small pry bar to lift the tab in the correct direction while applying a small amount of pressure with my free hand to dislodge the grille. Looks tougher than it is

I'll try feeling around in there tomorrow if the weather cooperates. I'm being really ****, because I have plans for the stock grilles. They're going back in once I hit the mesh with black paint or tint. I can't stand that big chrome mouth.
