The 2015 Denali has all of the options that the 2014 Escalades and earlier have plus more except for the heated and cooled cup holders. This includes the Platinum editions as well. I was going to pick up a 2013/14 Platinum Esky until I test drove the 15 Tahoe and Denali. You would even have to consider a 15 Tahoe LTZ when comparing it with a 2014 and earlier Esky.

Thats what I need to do, go drive a new 2015! I will tell you what my boss just bought a 2014 Lexus LX and let me tell you something!!! His truck is more refined and so much quieter then my truck. Its like comparing a new benz with a high mile wrangler. Made my truck feel old and cheap.

The Escalade has the foot sweep thing to open trunk. My 15 Denali was close to 75K I got it for 67999

I test drove a new esky and compared it to my 15 Denali. I have to say there is nothing compelling that would make me spend more for the esky. It was fully loaded as well. It may have a few more options that most people can do without but it isn't worth that extra premium in my opinion. To be honest I was a little disappointed and expected a lot more compared to my Denali.

The difference is simple, the Escalade has more bling. For some, that alone is enough of a reason to buy it. For others, the Denali is the same vehicle without the added attention. Some want the attention, some don't.
