My dealership, Lively GMC Cadillac, has 9 Denalis that have been built for upwards of a month that are simply waiting on replacement door panels. Apparently, and I've visually confirmed it on the one Denali they had on their showroom floor, the leather door panels have an obvious wavy rippling pattern that shouldn't be there. So this may explain why a lot of these Denalis are stuck between built and delivered. I'm wondering if they got the dash pad problem resolved too.

Shameless self promotion. I see none in your inventory and your dealership doesn't have some "special" situation. Feel free to post pics of your passenger side dash and door panels when you get one in.

No, I am just a real satisfied customer of Hall with our SLT XL, I was looking at the Denali they had and did not notice an issue with the door panel or dash. Our seat has a pucker in the rear corner, but I have seen this before and it will smooth out as heat gets to it.
No problem with Lively, I am just real happy with the service and inventory selection with Hall and did not see the issue on the Black one they had or the Champagne color one.

Sorry for being chippy. The problem is specific to the Denali. I haven't personally seen a Denali without the problems. The door panels are specific to the Denali trim level and the vendor is only producing approximately 75 panels/day. So panels are being divided between the production line and the trucks sitting in a holding pattern. My dealership had to specifically confront them about the door panels before they'd even admit that was the reason nothing had been delivered. I'm not certain if the passenger side airbag is specific to the Denali trim package, but if you can see the outline of the airbag on the dash, you have a warranty claim if you desire.

I will look at my dash again. I usually see these things when I detail and haven't had the opportunity yet. Sorry about the plug, I always try to support those that treat me fairly. It does seem odd that they just wont deliver them and schedule a replacement when they are available.
