I had a set of depo projectors on an 04 dodge ram for awhile and they indeed were a pain in the ass to aim because you had to completely take them off in order to get to the adjustment screws. Unfortunately not anywhere as easy as OEM adjustments of factory lights for sure. I must have had to remove those damn things 20-30 times to finally get them exactly right... crazyness And whats more is that I never got used to the way they look vs. stocks with HID's.

I can get to the adj screws from the top while intalled but its got a z shaped cutoff. If you look in the projector you can see the cutoff and it has a slight z in it. Im rnning 6k hids and I just cant get a straight cutoff

They're supposed to be like that. Lower on the drivers side, right? Like this-

No both left and right beams should be at the same height. The 'z' is to make each beam lower on left side. Lower on the driver's side as to not blind oncoming traffic.

Yeah, it should be a step up to the right. Chauncey's are about perfectly lined up with each other, though he could probably bring the driver's side up an inch or so. They should overlap in the middle like that, with the tops of the "step" being perfectly even with each other.
