Not being mean, but 2 days, got to give folks some time to look into it.

What void are you talking about? A sticker? Mine had that, i dont have depos, but halos and it said void all over it, not for hids and such. Did yours come w/ hids or did you put them in? If you put them in, did you have to drill out the hole so that it would fit right? If so, then my assumption is, that its just like mine, and i drilled out incorrectly, meaning not dead straight and i have a hot spot and a U shape on one of my lights. But im not exactly sure why you would have one hot spot though. As far as i know, no you cant put it upside down, at least on mine nope.. and honestly i dont think that would matter on having a hot spot.

Not sure if this helps you at all, but i can try to my best for ya

I understand that. Wasnt being mean at all.

but i see what your talking about. That line you highlighted, i have that also on both of mine. On mine it is the shield that is in the projector that makes that line. You can take it out and shave it down level. Its just like a metal plate w/ a L in it. I dont have any pics of it, but if you look you'll know what im talking about. thats the only thing i can think of on that part.

For that hot spot, i dont know. Try leaving the light in and wiggle the light while its on, for instance on the back side of it. I did on mine and it changed the output of it. Where you put the light into the headlight, the backside, see if you can move it a little bit. Worth a shot. Just dont force it. Slightly move it and see if that does anything.

Mine were all messed up too when I put my HID's in. I just had to re-adjust the bulb itself until I got the correct output. That line is suppose to be there. There is suppose to be a Z cutoff line. You can kind of see it in your very first picture againt the wall. Just take out your bulbs and try to reposition them. As Tahoewhat had to do, I also had to drill out the bulb housing a bit to make my HID bulbs fit (they were too big).

I understand completly, sometimes i dont go into all the threads. So sometimes its better to post it in another section, or just get a mod to move it to a better one..

But all in all, hope we may of helped you out with it.
