Diablew 91/93 Tune

Just thought I would share my experience. I decided to go with Diablew tune. Let me tell you if your thinking about it JUST DO IT. I went with the 91/93 tune and it’s been great. He tuned my 6 speed tranny as well. Shifts are firmer and there is no hunting for gears. No banging on the downshift either. It’s like a different vehicle and I love it. I had to do some WOT logs for him after he sent his initial tune and drove approx 200 miles. Holy crap, I was at 90 in no time at 5k RPMs in what I believe was 3rd gear. (Had to focus on the traffic ahead that I was approaching rather quickly) The truck took off like a bullet and it’s only the 5.3. Completely satisfied with Lew. He is quick to respond and I had my tune back the same day. Customer service is key IMO. I would highly recommend using him for your tune based on my interaction.

Had a lew tune on my last avalanche, and it made a huge difference. I picked up a used tuner off fleabay making it very reasonable. When I sold my truck, I just pulled the tune, and sold the tuner for about what I paid...

Did you ever have any warranty done while you had the truck tuned? If so any issues with dealership?

No, I only had 1 issue in 7 yrs (torque converter), but it was before the tune...
