Take a look at some of the threads over on silveradosierra.com... a lot of those guys have got custom tunes from him and absolutely love them. I saw a huge change between stock and the diablo tune on my tahoe... these guys say the difference between the diablo and custom tune are huge. He can also tailor your tune for performance, economy, etc.... and is quick to respond to questions. Of course, I have no experience with him personally, but considering that I've yet to read a negative comment on him, that has to say something.
