I did a search on this, and found nothing.
My wife has a 2018 Suburban Premier. She complained about the ride quality a few weeks back. After a test drive I found it bounced like crazy in front. I also noticed the DIC display for the ride height was blank, the rest of the screen options worked fine as I scrolled through them.
I took it to a shop and they assured me replacing the front struts would fix both issues. I just picked it up, and on the drive home noticed the ride quality is back to normal, but the DIC screen is still blank. They are closed till Monday, so……
Has this happened to anyone else?
Is there something that has to be reset after new struts are installed to get the DIC working? I’ll do it myself if possible as it’s a hassle to drive to this shop for work in this rural area.
Thanks for any input’
