well i experimented with it and added an extra coat every 3 days after i did the first for a total of 4..i had not cleaned my tires in a while so they where dulling out...today i used a armorall wheel and tire cleaner and brought back the color to white so id say as long as you add enough coats and keep the tires clean itl hold up!
