Difference between ac air compressors HELP Please!!!!!

I have a 2001 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.3/rear ac. I bought part number 29002C that says fits vehicles without rear air(my mistake). However it looks exactly the same as the ac air compressor equipped for rear ac.. I took my old one off and matched it (as far as looks) The part number off of my old one is 447220. Is the insides different??? The new one I received says that it contains 8 Oz of PAG 46 oil and if equipped with rear ac to add more oil. That sounds like to me that it's saying it will work. Does anyone have any knowledge on this matter??? Thanks in advance, Tonya
