So today I measured the dimension on each wheel/wheel well after my BELLTECH 2" inch rear drop/leveling kit installation.

I measured in the garage, truck nose in first, assuming that the garage floor is somewhat sloped towards the garage door and I measure the following dimensions from floor to bottom of fender/fender well:

FRONT DRIVER SIDE: 35" 7/16
FRONT PASSENGER SIDE: 35" 3/8

REAR DRIVER SIDE: 35"
REAR PASSENGER SIDE: 35" 1/4

Now with the naked eye I can not tell that the truck is NOT EXACTLY leveled and I assume that the not so leveled garage floor also plays a factor in all this, but do you guys think this should be adjusted? Is this normal and do you who have lowered your trucks also have similar tolerances?

I checked with TONY (NORCALSS) and he suggests if I am not happy to put some spacers in there to level everything out. Well, I am NOT UNHAPPY and I do like the space of the tire to the fender/wheel well and do not really want to mess with anything if you all think this is fine.

Thanks in advance.

1/16" to 1/4" isn't visible to the naked eye and I think it's fine. Not a big deal to me but I'm not J Dubya and I have a feeling J Dubya is feeling uneasy about this.

J Dubya will not be uneasy if he gets responses such as yours from his TYF Buddies.

Thanks Chauncey.

Yeah, I don't think it's going to make the truck ride badly or wear the tires unevenly or anything like that. You're ay okay. Good to go!

Remember jochen, the ride height will also vary from side to side with the amount of fuel you have and the load/ people you are transporting. Those numbers you took will change on a daily basis. That being said, they are very close and in my opinion are totally acceptable.
Just enjoy your clean Tahoe!
