Details man.
Are you rolling up or down windows?
Do you have an aftermarket stereo system?
Does your RPM gauge go way down?
Does your battery gauge go way down?
Do you have aftermarket headlights?
Are your headlights really old?
Is your battery old?
Is your alternator good?
Or is it just truly random?

This is too hard to diagnose without some more info.
To start off I would have your battery and alternator checked at an Advanced Auto, O'Reillys, AutoZone, etc... Any will work and should check both for free.

If you have electric fans, I can see that slightly dimming the lights!! What is your voltage gauge doing when the lights dim? Also, how often do your lights dim and is it consistent?
