Direct mount cargo basket

Is it possible to mount the cargo basket below the factory roof rack instead of above it to lower the profile. ?

Rhino Rack Backbone looks pretty low. I like that it mounts to all 4 mounting points; Makes for a sturdy rack.

I wasn’t going to go with a rack on this truck, because bars are handy, but considering since I don’t like the load bar spacing.
