Every time I start my 2022 Yukon with a passenger, I am prompted asking if I want to "disable lockouts." I think it prompts so the passenger has access to the front screen. I would like to turn off the prompt as it is repetitive and unnecessary. Any thoughts?

not really an answer but a question? does it prompt each time if there is someone in the passenger seat or only if there is no passenger detected? i.e. via passenger side airbag sensor or does it do it either way.

Pretty annoying, why wouldn't it ask if there WASN'T a passenger...doesn't make any sense haha. I tried looking for a disable button but can't find.

Interesting. The ‘21s don’t do that. My guess is it is legal and there is no way to disable. A CYA by GM.

pretty sure that's a permanent thing so they do not get sued for allowing the driver to be distracted
