Disc changer out esky console

This disc changer was in my escalade console. Is there anything I can do with this like hook it up to aftermarket head or just toss it?

toss it as well as the sub and all the wiring. that is what I do to all of them. Extra weight which means more money to ship which equals less profit

OK cool thanks guys! I actually just bought the console and all it had left was the changer. Just wondered if I could play with it any. I'm gonna use it as a template to fab a carbon fiber cubby hole in the empty space it left.

Id say toss it... I left it in cuz I didnt want that hole in the compartment... I took the sub/ amp assembly to my local stereo shop they told me the amp was dead and they sub was blown so I tossd all of it... the P.O. Did a few mods in the wiring which mite explain all that...

Ha that's cool man. I'm gonna play with it before I toss. Prob gut it and use as template for new box out some carbon fabric. I got that plus resin and vaccums to come up with something. Also gonna use that rear stereo controller box to house a 7" screen for kids. Should be fun.
