I just picked up my first Chevy, a 2013 Tahoe LT Z71. I love the truck and have done a few things to it, but the one thing that really bugs me is the HVAC vent for the footwell blows out horizontally, 2 feet above your feet. It's almost like the last part of the vent which is supposed to direct the air down at your feet is missing. It's kind of annoying on a really cold morning to have basically no heat at all on your feet. I'm just planning on rigging up something to divert the air, but wanted to see if anyone had any better ideas. Thanks

Well, I guess no one else thinks this is a problem. If anyone cares, I just used one of these cable plates I had lying around. Trimmed it to size and secured it with some good foil HVAC tape. Works great.

Maybe it is missing? Have you compared it to another?
