So I just installed some djm 3" lower control arms but it doesn't look like it droped a whole lot and my tire are slanted outward the truck if anyone knows why it didn't drop a whole lot let me know

Have you driven it a short distance? If you haven't you need to and you will see that it will lower it. You need to get an alignment to corrent your tire issue.
