It's DJM's Suburban kit, not Tony's 3/5.5. I have to say that I'm not at all disappointed in the ride. The rear rides a bit harder than stock but it's 5" lower than stock, I also have longer wheelbase than Tahoes/Yukons so I can see how they wouldn't ride good with these springs. I do plan on using air bags out back as soon as money allows but for now I believe I will work on paying off this here Burb. I'll snap a better pic tomorrow when the sun rises.

It looks good man. Did you get an actual 3/5 drop?

Thanks! The kit was used, and as far as I and the guy guy I purchased it from know (who also bought it slightly used) it's the Suburban 3/5. He had it on a Yukon and had the typical complaint of bad ride in back. It doesn't ride close to a factory burban, but it's not the worst lowered SUV I've been in, especially considering I'm on factory shocks with extenders in the rear.
The springs are the black and grey spatter looking ones. They're okay for now but I ultimately want to either go with air or the 6" spring. It's not ride quality that's the issue as much as ride height. I like Cali-lean and these aren't going to cut it. If the truck was paid for I would have dropped the money for the 3/5.5 or even the 4/6. I just couldn't pass on a $300 drop kit with helpers and shocks. With having the front installed and buying new balljoints and bushings I'm still at 60% of the price of a new kit. Tony, I'm glad there are people like you in this world, you go above and beyond to help even when it isn't your product beig used. Thank you.

If you decide to slam it you can do the belltech spindles in the front and the belltech sp shocks ride great with em hint hintttttttt. Come on you have to buy it I need to buy some go fast mods for my ctsv or my wife will kill me lol jk.

Rear my 6" spring when that fkr gets out here finally will be something finally the community will be happy to see. I know it took a while and took a lot of OT work for me to pay for a run buttttttt long run will work out.

I definitely want to go lower but it might be a little while. When I bought the XL the wife made me promise to leave it alone until it was paid for and the GTO was finished. I had to remodel the damn kitchen to be able to do this deal. I can't complain though, not many old ladies will let their men do shit. I'm just glad I have one that understands the car guy and the culture.

That thing is sick. Ashlei was torn between one of those and a Yukon, we found the perfect Yukon for under 10k and we knew the original owner so that made the decision easier. Those ss blazers are spensive but we would've had the same payment, just lover term. She wants a 69 continental for the next toy so I gotsta start saving. I really want to move to Cali though so the toys may have to wait. It's just complicated with a newborn and all of our family is here. I just don't fit in here, especially in Wichita Falls. Hopefully acting will take me somewhere.

Tony lies about his drop heights so you may want to avoid buying kits that he claims gives x" amount of drop.
I bet his so called 6" spring is really barely a 5".
