Do they make generic centers for these?

I had the 00 escalade wheels on my tahoe, and was given this set of 17's off a denali. I would love to find some generic centers for this wheel as I did for the old ones. I have had no luck. Anyone have a thought on how to lose the GMC logo? It will eat at me, and I don't know why...lol.
