DOD / VVT Delete DIY?

Has anyone written a set of DIY instructions for this? I've searched but can't find one. Tons of great information over many threads but I'm hoping for an assembled set of steps to walk me through the project. THANKS!

What cam are you upgrading to, that you want to delete VVT?
Typically doesn't hurt to keep it unless you're going for a 'BIGG' cam.

Engine Half@$$? Yeah, disable and delete that schidt ASAP.
