Hey guys. I have been having a recurring problem with the rear access ajar message that displays on the dash. This comes on at least twice a day and can be temporarily fixed by simply wiggling the purple C6 connector that connects to the BCM under the dash. I originally thought I was just dealing with a loose connection so I just left the plug undone so that no status messages would appear but even with it unplugged, the BCM still manages to display "rear access ajar". I think I have a bad BCM but before I pay $150+ on ebay or at the dealer, I would like to just borrow a BCM and try it out. If it solves the problem I will be more than happy to pay for it. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.
