Does anyone here know about KIA’s?

Fellas, i know this is a stretch since we are mostly Chevy guys but me and my brother getting desperate.

I ended up joining a kia forum to ask this question, lol

my brother has a 2015 Sedona, 3.3l v6, and we have an oil leak coming from the vvt solenoid. The problem is, we do not know if it is the INTAKE left, INTAKE right, EXHAUST left, or EXHAUST right…. google and autozone employees have been of ZERO assistance, and autozone is telling us we cannot return the part if it is incorrect (which i don’t buy that, but I digress)





Any ideas?

Disconnect the electrical connector and see what circuit code comes up on a scanner?

I am not sure how much difference there is between a Kia 3.3 and 3.5, but it looks like this is your part:
