Does Black Bear automatically unlock PCM for Efan

I bought an electric fan for conversion on my 2001 Tahoe. Still waiting to get the wire harness. I sent an email to black bear a couple weeks ago about sending an unlocked PCM. I haven't heard back and I got this fan taking up room in my garage. Does anybody know if Black Bear unlocks that by default?

When I had them tune my PCM, they unlocked the Efan pins even without me requesting it. It worked out well because I converted to efans a couple months after they tuned it.

They told me that they unlock the Efan pins on ALL tunes whether the customer requests it or not.
