does the 4.8l CAI fit the 5.3l

I probably should clarify. It's a Volant intake for an HD, but I wondered if it would fit on my Tahoe.

The 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 are all going to use part number 15153, the 8.1 uses part number 15981

:smokin: thats all well and good if i was buying a volant system, the reason i was asking however, was because i found an intake setup on craigs list that is coming off a 4.8 and i just wanted to be certain.

Well if the Volant intake is universal among the 4.8,5.3,6.0, you can assume any intake could be.

The only difference between the 15053 and the 15153 is the 15153 includes a new throttle body grommet. All of the 15053 are 15153's now
