Does the tahoe record driving/accidents?

I went looking for a system from Rostra which is the closest accessory to OEM, but they dont have anything. I would say just get a dash cam. I like BlackVue but others have had good experience with Thinkware and other brands.

Just bought an rst with the lux package and was wondering if all these fancy cameras do any good in an accident for evidence or is everyone just investing in dash cams? Seems like it’d be a nice feature to have in the case of an accident…

Truthfully, these cameras are solely in place to prevent accidents. There are radar modules you don't see in the rear bumpers for detecting other vehicles behind and approaching you as well.
