Dish soap does not do a good job of stripping. IIRC Todd Helme (Spelled correctly I hope) had an article on it. It would be better to use a dedicated stripping soap like Adams Car Wash soap w/ Adams APC mixed in, citrus wash and gloss and some other soaps from other detailing companies.

IMO. Adams coating has held up very well. I use the quick sealant a lot and also the Machine sealant. Now they have a new sealant that is easier to put on. But water beads up very nice and streams off the car and has held up for a long time as well. Adam's the only product that I use when detaling customer cars.

Chemical Guys Citrus wash and Gloss supposed to strip too if used full concentration.

Marcus is right. Also really any good APC mixed in with wash shampoo will strip wax off for a new clean coat.
