Ok, I have a 00 5.3w/150k+. For some reason sometimes after the truck has been sitting for a while I can start it let it run for about a min(Damn piston slap) then get going. Now this is only when I just start the truck and go I notice that it seems like I have a lack of power or something. Truck still drives but I can hear and feel that it don't wanna go like its supposed to while I have my foot on the gas, then after a couple seconds I feel that its starting to really go like its supposed too. Basically I can have my foot on the peddle half way floored, hold it there and the truck accelerates slow for a cpl seconds then starts to accelerate like it should at half throttle. Idk if u understand what this is but lmk what u think. Truck is stock just cai, servo and tune. I had this problem before I had it tuned and still does it. Has new plugs, and wires..

try somethin a lil quicker.. just clean ur maf sensor and ur throttle body with some seafoam... my truck did the same thing last year after i bought it....been the better part of a year and a half since i have done it and havent had an issue yet

yes, has it ever had basic tune up done? Plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc?
