I suppose it's possible if front and rear door handles are same size and have same mounting hardware location and make the linkage work.....
I don't know, mine's a 2 door.

they both are the same one just doesn't have a cylinder. You could do it but I wouldn't recommend it. What if your keyless entry stops working, you lose the key fob, or your battery dies. I guess you always got the handy slim jim to unlock it.

Wouldnt do it you can stick a screw driver under the handle and break in anyways so removing the key hole serves no point

No one even if he had a copy of the key he cannot unlock it because there is no lock!
