I’d start looking at junk yards or if anyone is parting out an older vehicle. I believe they are the same as the OBS trucks. Might look for a 90’s C/K1500.

Car-part.com and all the front doors should be the same, only difference i think is in door panel is a hole for crank drill it yourself, you would use your switch bezel is it in the same spot as power window switches?
