okay thanks... I'll check it out... we had taken to dealer about 9 mo ago and they were going to charge us like $200 to fix some seal, but they weren't even sure of the source of the water.

Ngildea,

I agree with 07Burb, that link should help you out. There is a drain hole on the bottom of your door. I would advise you to make sure it’s not covered up so the water can drain out.

Thank you!

Tell them that the source of the water is RAIN.

Seriously, yes, it's a water deflecting seal. Mine was replaced, and all is good now. I'd get yours replaced if I were you.

Yes, make sure your lower seals are free -- but, c'mon, there shouldn't be water IN the door to begin with.

Any idea on how much the seal costs??

Sorry, I don't. My issues were fixed under warranty.

I have the same problem. I took a look and didn't see the drain hole Where exactly is it??? I usually pulled the plastic clip that held the molding/ seal on the bottom of the door to drain it.

Okay...found this after posting a reply about a different issue. Anyone else get a little burned seeing so many other people have problems with something, especially a DOOR FILLING WITH WATER? And it seems most other vehicles on the site are 07 & 08...obviously GM hasn't bothered to troubleshoot these issues. Mine is a 09...still got a door full of water, still had issues with the stabilitrak/traction control...I will at least have my husband check the door for this drain. Give me a break...
