Dorman Replacement Ext Door Handle

Hello GM gearheads!

Was curious to see if any of you had replaced your broken exterior driver's door handle with a Dorman part. It's made in Korea, and I hear the fit isn't quite up to OE standards...

Amazon sells 'em for around $7.50 + shipping thru an outfit called American Auto Part. Total with shipping was $19.35(shipped via FedEx).

Anyone?

I used the "HELP!" products version. the handle was fine it was the trim gasket that was to small. I can't say the same for Dorman but I spent almost $40 on exhaust manifold bolts from them and they are not they ones that belong on vehicle. Even verified application several times. The boxes had the wrong bolts.

BTW the handle I got was $14 at Oreilys.

Cant the old gasket be re-used if the new one is too small?

sure if it is in good shape no problem. Mine was jacked.
