Make sure that the correct fluid is in the transfer case.

The nickel plated yoke fixed it.but now I have a high frequency vibration , balanced the drive shaft, no improvement.likely a bearing is bad

For the 4L80: the correct Slip yoke is the AAM1355 if you use the AAM 708613 Yoke part number.

AAM and Spicer parts are just SLIGHTLY off spec with each other, so don't mix and match.

I'm still trying to find the 1500 part numbers.
