Driver Side Lower Quarter Trim Removal

Looking to replace drivers side seatbelt for third row and need to remove the lower quarter panel. Does anyone know how to remove or have any instructions on how to do so?

I think it’s held on by those flat tabs so be careful and I believe it just pulls out from top to bottom
