driver side window problems

i have an 02 yukon denali and the driver side window works when it wants to. i replaced the switch, and the regulator and its still doing the same thing. i took the door panel off checked all wiring, check for voltage at the plug to the regulator. everything is getting power. i checked the 25 amp fuse thats was good. im running out of possibilities guys. im starting to think its a short in the harness??? but whats the possibility of that?? any advice??

with the door panel off, operate the switch with one hand, and feel up and down the harness you can get your hand on while doing so, see if can find a pinch point that effects how its working.

Hi there. I am having the same issues with both drivers side windows. Seems like I took similar steps to you with no fix. Did you ever figure it out?
