Drivers mirror

I've noticed when the sunset/sunrise is behind me or if I'm in the right lane and there is a car with headlights in my left rear area. The mirror takes on a blue shade like auto dim to block the brightness. Anyone else notice this?? Or is it just my eyes. 11 Tahoe LTZ

Mine does it too. I guess it must have have auto-dim in it.

yeah cause at first i thought it was tint then i rolled the window down and it wasn't that then i thought it was me...
