Drivers side seat belt PN needed

1997 Tahoe VIN ends in VG188225, gray interior. Driver side seat belt is no longer operational.
It won't retract and it won't Lock-up/bind up when pulled rapidly.
Does any one have a PN available for a replacement; this is the retractor side(door side).

Throw up the last 8 of your VIN and @915_Tahoe is usually able to point you in the right direction.
