When you unlock the truck using remote, only top light comes on, instead of reverse light, and lower light flashing like it does on the passenger side. Also when brake is depressed when tail lights are on, the lights go off. Plus, sometimes when you put that side signal on, it clicks fast inside indicating that the bulb is out but its not.

This is an OEM replacement tail light assembly, but it did work initially. I've only replaced one bulb which burned out.

Any help would be appreciated.

First blush, sounds like a brake switch problem.
Or, have you looked for any chafed wires behind the brake light assemblies? Both sides.

Maybe a ground issue , take a wire put a terminal on it ground it to the frame then grab the tail light wires found the ground wire and splice into it. Then test your lights worked for me.
