Anyone replace theirs on their own on one of these? My rears are starting to squeak. My assumption they are like any other ones but wanted to know for sure.

How many mile you have?

Never done mine. I am only at 70K on both trucks though.

I have 90k on it. I ended up doing it myself this afternoon. Sorry, no pictures. I was in a hurry and didn't have my phone on me plus had gooey hands. Replacement quote from 2 GM shops was around $200. Small mom/pop wrenching shop was $65. Part was $12 (Moog) with greasable zerk. I did use some heat until that goop they squirt in those little holes from the factory. Then used a hammer to knock it out. Total time from start to finish was about 25 minutes.
