Drl lights

Hi, I have a TAHOE 2002 and in the DRL system, I want to separate the internal lights (panel, radio, switches, etc.) from the external lights. So in the day, outside lights come on, but no internal lights.
Please anyone could help me with this?

I dont see the purpose but couldnt you just turn on your headlights then you use the dimmer switch to turn off the interior lights.

Just may be more trouble than its worth
