So i pulled the headlights and had a few LED bulbs laying around. The stock daytime running lights are acutally dual filament 3157 bulbs.

not sure how i like it enough, thinking of going to high power LEDs...

yeah, actually had the same one in all chrome until some lady decided she wanted to go in reverse and backed into me. so i ordered an exact black one and put up the chrome skidplate.

yeah, and 06 and i barely take it out anymore. spending alot more time on my quad.

where does everyone get their Led bulbs from. I am new to led bulbs. can someone lead me in the right direction, for getting the driving lights in the front and reverse lights in the rear?

I dealt with alot of suppliers, but recently for automotive, or motorsports, i recommend Vled.
they have just about everything and their customer support is by far better than anyone ive delt with so far.

if youre looking for reverse lights, and dont want to go the HID route, make sure you go with high power LEDs smt type. they are a bit more expensive, but significantly make the difference when compared to regular leds.

although for the price you can get an HID kit that is prob brighter, the LED will last you longer and is instant full power rather than the HID lag to warm up for a few sec to reach full brightness.

the DRL are 3157, id recommend anything in smt type.
