DVD Headphones-Batt Leaked-Repairs?

Duracell's leaked into my headphones for 2011 Yukon Denali DVD. Anyone know of a shop that will clean and repair? One min damage, the other battery door will not open without force.
Thanks for any suggestions, units never used, hate to replace.

Get some electronic cleaner from Wally world or Auto store and tooth brush.. clean away!
